Mark Cho

Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel

Prior to joining Willow Tree Mr. Cho was Partner, General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of B Capital, a global investment firm, responsible for all legal, regulatory and related strategic matters.  Mr. Cho has helped to build, operate and protect asset managers as an operational leader across different asset classes, including growth, private equity, public markets and credit.  Previously, Mr. Cho held similar roles at Alpha Wave Global, Tremblant Capital and Oak Hill Advisors.  Mr. Cho also practiced as a corporate attorney at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Debevoise & Plimpton LLP where his practice focused on private funds, corporate transactions and regulatory compliance.  Mr. Cho is admitted to the bar of New York and holds a JD from Yale Law School, a MA from Harvard University and a BA from the University of Wisconsin.
