Prior to joining Willow Tree in 2022, Mr. Spar was an Associate at Blue Torch Capital, which he joined in 2020. At Blue Torch Capital, Mr. Spar executed debt investments in middle market companies across a diverse range of industries. Prior to joining Blue Torch Capital, Mr. Spar was an Associate in the Corporate Lending group at Garrison Investment Group and an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance group at Jefferies LLC. Mr. Spar graduated cum laude from Duke University with a B.A. in Public Policy and a certificate in Markets and Management Studies.
